Afghanistan Center for Training and Development ( ACTD)
ACTD stands for Afghanistan Center for Training and Development. ACTD is an Afghan national non-governmental and non for-profit organization, founded in April 2006, and registered with national ministries (Ministry of Economy, and Ministry of Public Health) of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. ACTD is the product of consultations, assessments and dialog among well versed professionals of the current development and democratization stream of Afghanistan.
